Cancellation Policy

Dr. Holcomb strives to see all patients of Pure Dermatology in a timely and efficient manner.  As a courtesy, we attempt to contact each patient 24 to 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment to remind them of the date and time.  However, it is the responsibility of the patient to arrive on time for their appointment.

 

Your time is valuable, as is ours, and if you are unable to keep your reservation, we request that you give our office a minimum of 24 HOURS notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a missed appointment fee, which is NOT covered by insurance. The missed appointment fees are as follows:

 

  • Medical – $50.00

 

  • Surgery / Cosmetic – A minimum of $100.00 for each appointment missed. If you have prepaid for a package and fail to show or cancel your appointment, 1 session will be deducted from your package. Higher fees may be applicable for procedures like Botox, fillers, lasers, and PRP injections.

 

  • Microneedling – $150.00– treatments will require a $150 non-refundable deposit 1 week before your appointment which will be forfeited if you do not cancel 48 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled appointment. This $150 will be applied to your treatment.  If you have prepaid for a package and fail to show or cancel your appointment, 1 session will be deducted from your package.

 

  • Patch testing for skin allergies – $500.00 (3 visits and special preparation) will require a $500 non-refundable deposit to book your appointment. Your $500 will be forfeited if you do not cancel 1 WEEK BEFORE (MONDAY BEFORE) your scheduled appointment.
