Pure Dermatology COVID-19 Policies

Please read the following Policies prior to entering Pure Dermatology.

DO NOT ENTER MORE THAN 10 MINUTES EARLY:
We cannot accommodate you more than 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive early, you may call from the car to see if we can accommodate you in a socially distanced manner.
COMPLETE THE PATIENT PORTAL:
The portal instructions sent to your email must be completed to allow check in. Failure to complete this prior to your appointment time will result in the need for rescheduling.

COME ALONE:
Only the scheduled patient may enter the office. If the patient is a child, then one adult may accompany the patient.

MASK UP:
A face mask, covering the NOSE AND MOUTH, is required AT ALL TIMES.

TEMPERATURE CHECK:
Temperatures over 100⁰ F will need to leave.

EXPOSURES:
If you have encountered anyone experiencing, symptoms related to COVID, including fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste in the last 10 days, please call and reschedule your appointment.
SYMPTOMS:
If you have personally experienced symptoms that may be related to COVID, including fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste in the last 10 days, please call and reschedule your appointment.
SKINCARE ORDERS: Please have a seat OUTSIDE of our office or call from your car: 504-226-7873. We will bring your products to you.
COME ON IN!
Once you satisfy all the above requirements, please enter the office to be checked in. If not, please remain in your vehicle until the above is met.
